SAND AND STONE
الرمل والحجر
This story tells about two friends that were walking through the desert.At one point during the trip they started arguing and one of them hit the other on the face.
هذه قصه صديقين كان يعبران الصحراء وخلال الرحله حدث بينهما شجار إنتهى بان ضرب احداهما الاخر على وجهه.
The one that had been hit was hurt, but without a further word, wrote down in the sand:
"TODAY MY BEST FRIEND HIT MY ON MY FACE"
تألم الصديق الذي ضُرب على وجهه ولكن بدوون ان يقوول اي كلمه كتب على الرمل
" اليووم اعز صديق لدي ضربني على وجههي"
They carried on walking until they came across an oasis, where they decided to freshen up and bathe, but the one that had been hit before got caught in the mud and was about to drown, but his friend resued him.
وبعدها تابعا طريقهما حتى وصلا إلى واحه فقررا الاستحمام في بحيره الماء
ولكن الصديق الذي ضُرب من قبل وقع في الطين وكاد ان يغرق الا ان صديقه انقذه.
After he had recovered, he wrote down on a stone:
"TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE"
وبعدها وعندما تمالك الغريق نفسه كتب على الحجر:
" اليووم صديقي انقذ حياتي"
The friend that had hit his best friend and had then saved him asked:
'After I hit you, you wrote in the sand and now you're writing on stone,why?
هنا سأله صديقه الذي ضربه من قبل وانقذه تووا
" بعدما ضربتك كتبت على الرمل والان تكتب على الصخر لماذا؟
The other friend answered:when someone hurts us we should write it down in sand, so that the wind can forgive us by blowing it away"
فاجابه صديقه " عندما يؤذينا شخص فعلينا كتابه ذلك على الرمل لتاتي الريح وتسامحنا بهبوبها وتختفي الكتابه"
"But when someone does something nice for us, we should engrave it on stone, where no wind can ever blow it away"
ولكن عندما يؤدي شخص الينا معرووف فيجب علينا ان نحفر ذلك على الصخر فيبقى ذلك دائما رغم هبووب الرياح"
